The take-off point varies daily based on meteorological evaluations, wind speed, and direction. Our aim is to ensure a safe flight while offering the best scenic views possible.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, taking weather conditions into account during the flight period. As our flights are typically at sunrise, it is important to consider the climate.

According to permits and regulations issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, we can reach a maximum altitude of 1600 meters. We maintain an ideal altitude to capture the best views.

Special conditions may apply to children aged 0-6, depending on our company policies and safety protocols. Expectant mothers or those suspected of being pregnant cannot participate. Passengers unable to assume a safe landing position due to physical limitations may not be able to fly.

We operate year-round, weather permitting. However, due to adverse weather conditions beginning in autumn and winter, flight numbers may be below average.

Flights may be canceled due to specific criteria set by Civil Aviation, including wind speed, visibility, and precipitation.

Morning flights are confirmed 30 minutes before sunrise (in the absence of adverse conditions). A delay may be issued for weather suitability. Afternoon flights are also conducted, depending on weather conditions.

As hot air balloons are wind-dependent, they cannot be steered. The landing point is estimated based on calculations made by the pilots regarding wind direction and strength.
